Virginia Horse Industry Board Announces
2016 "Virginia Bred" Winners
The Virginia Horse Industry Board recently announced the grant recipients for the 2016 "Virginia Bred" Program.
Eleven associations & groups can expand their individual "Virginia Bred" programs to promote Virginia bred horses & ponies with grants awarded by VHIB.
Over the past five years, VHIB has awarded $180,900 to help associations and organizations promote interest in their breeds, disciplines, and events, as well as the overall Virginia horse industry.
Congratulations to the following groups that are receiving a total of $30,350 from the VHIB to promote Virginia-bred horses:
